Shcolars Portal off air

We've got indications that Scholars Portal has down since a little before
8:00 am.
No RACER
No RefWorks
No Illumina
No e-journals
No SFX

I'm sure they're working on it and will get things back online as fast as
possible. Note alternate links for ejournals and also for some Illumina
databases are in the alphabetic lists.

Even U of T is offline!
