(3:45 pm) There are strange things happening to Illumina searches (count but no
results) - "They are aware of the problem and are working on it."
(4:30 pm) Problem seems to be fixed - it seems the upgrade inadvertently got started at very much the wrong time!

N.B.After a great start I now find that emails are not being automatically posted to the blog. As this shuts down one of the most valuable features of this experiment I am investigating other possibilities.
